Italy ZTL Alerts
BackTerms of Use
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using ZTLGuard. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of ZTLGuard operated by Zuki Apps. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
ZTLGuard is an informational aid concerning limited-traffic zones (zone a traffico limitato) in selected Italian cities. It includes:
- A map drawn as an aid. It is not a complete cadastre and it is not an official survey by any municipality.
- Optional location used on the device only to estimate distance. A location reading is not permission to enter a zone.
- An optional Premium subscription sold and billed by Apple or Google.
3. No reliance; the user's responsibility
You must not treat the Service as a final decision, as a permit, or as a determination by a municipality or by any other public authority. Before and during travel you must read the road signs and comply with the rules of the competent municipality and with the Italian Highway Code (Codice della strada). Avoiding a limited-traffic zone, and any consequence of entry, remains solely your responsibility.
You must not operate the application while the vehicle is in motion. You must not reverse-engineer or misuse the Service except where applicable law allows it.
4. Purchases
Premium is processed by Apple or Google. Their terms and refund policies apply.
Use Restore purchases after reinstall when applicable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law
- Interfere with security or purchase features
6. Disclaimer
ZTLGuard does not represent a government entity. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Italian government or any municipality. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zuki Apps disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Zone information may be missing, incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Milan, Rome, Verona, Venice, and Pisa are shown from demonstration data and are not municipal records. Where municipal open data is used, names and geometry may be adapted. That use does not mean the municipality endorses the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or rights that a consumer cannot waive.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zuki Apps is not liable for fines, administrative penalties, towing, charges, loss, or other damage arising from reliance on the Service, from entering or avoiding a zone, or from missing, incorrect, or outdated information. This clause does not affect liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
